Wally Wood T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #1 Story Page 11 Original Art (Tower, 1965). In the first ever T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents story, titled "First Encounter!", Len Brown discovers one of the drawbacks to his new "Thunder Belt" that gives him his powers... use it too long and he becomes weak as a kitten! In a move that blurs the line between reality and fiction, real-life writer Len Brown created some of the initial concepts (including Dynamo's belt), which allowed comic creator legend Wally Wood to provide the rest of what became one of the most innovative mixes of the super-hero and spy genre that comics has ever seen. Wood named Dynamo after Brown as a result. This twice-up scale action-packed page was crafted in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 18". The page is toned, with some handling wear on the bottom and right sides. In Very Good condition. From the Ethan Roberts Estate Collection.
