Steve Ditko, Joe Orlando, and George Roussos Tales to Astonish #61 Story Page 14 Giant-Man and the Wasp Original Art (Marvel, 1964). Giant-Man uses his muscles to out-think his arch-nemesis, Egghead, on this last page of the story "Now Walks the Android". Lovely image of Janet van Dyne in Panel 6. She will most likely appear in the next Ant-Man and the Wasp movie. It seems the page was completely penciled, inked, and lettered before it was decided to re-work the art. All panel art is original art paste-up over the top of the original art beneath. It's possible this was Joe Orlando's work, using Steve Ditko's previous work as a layout. Holes were trimmed so the original Sam Rosen lettering can show through, which means the layout was not changed much (if any). This Giant-Man page was created most appropriately at twice-up scale in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18". The text layer is discolored. Giant-Man's body in Panel 3 is a paste-up art correction (on top of the other art paste-up), with a discolored right leg from a missing paste-up that was over that. The page is in Very Good condition.
