    Description

Steve Dillon Preacher #3 Story Page 24 Original Art (DC/Vertigo, 1993). Jesse Custer and Tulip are featured in the first few panels as Sheriff Root gets the drop on them. The bottom tier of panels features the Angels Deblanc and Fiore who were attempting to retrieve the escaped creature Genesis. From very early in the series, this was the last page of the story "And the Horse You Rode In On", written by co-creator Garth Ennis. The raw and irreverent series has been wonderfully adapted to TV in AMC's Preacher, with almost every character on this page playing a large part in Season One. This page was created in ink over blue pencil on bright white DC Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". Text is stat paste-up. In Excellent condition.
