Rich Buckler and Joe Sinnott Fantastic Four #156 Pages 16-17 Original Art (Marvel, 1975). From the period when Sue Storm (the Invisible Woman) had stepped away from the team and was replaced with Medusa (Queen of the Inhumans). It's a battle-action royal with Doctor Doom's minions! These two pages feature some great panels of the Human Torch and the Thing struttin' their stuff. In fact, the back of Page 17 has a wonderful pure graphite head-shot of ol' bashful Benjy himself. The Fantastic Four has always been Marvel's flagship title, and in the Bronze Age it was hitting heights it had not since the Lee-Kirby days. The pages are ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". There is handling wear, along with some production tape in the margins. Each page also has a taped-in text correction. These pages appeared as pages #30-31 in the issue due to ads. Overall in Very Good condition.
