Description

Ric Estrada Sgt. Rock #336 "Coward/Hero" Story Pages 3, 4, and 5 Original Art Group of 3 (DC Comics, 1980). The last three pages for the closing story "Coward/Hero" pivots on one of writer Bob Kanigher's favorite story-levers -- the friendship between the confident warrior and the timid rookie soldier. Strong emotional resonance in Estrada's sensitive interpretation. Created in ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol board with image areas of 10" x 15". There is some light toning along the edges, text paste-ups and blurb stat paste-ups on page 5, adhesive residue, and production blue pencil markings. Overall in Excellent condition.
