Pat Boyette and Rocco Mastroserio Eerie #15 Page 10 Original Art (Warren Publ., 1968). One of the most nightmarish images in the long history of horror comics: A mummified wolf-dog comes back to life and threatens two scientists. Boyette considered this page (from "The Graves of Oconoco!") to be a high point of his career in comics, and he ascribed much of its success to a magnificent job of inking and ink-wash shading by Mastroserio. Inscribed at upper margin. Ink and wet-brush technique over graphite on Bristol board. Image area, 12.5" x 18". Light toning, with marginal staining. Excellent condition. From the Michael H. Price/Cremo Studios Archive.
