    Description

Neal Adams Studios Star Trek: The Time Stealer [Book and Record Set] #BR513 Story Page 1 Original Art (Power Records, 1976). As Mr. Spock would say... "Fascinating". There are several interesting tidbits about this story. It features an un-official and thinly disguised Conan the Barbarian type of character. Also this is one of the Power Records stories that features Mr. Sulu as a black man and Lt. Uhura as a Caucasian woman (both still with their original names). This first page was produced on four strips of Bristol board affixed to a larger sheet. The art was created in ink over graphite (with white paint highlights). The overall image area measures 13" x 13". The face of Captain Kirk in Panel 1, and Mr. Spock in Panel 4 are stat paste-ups. The back of Captain Kirk (and his hand) in Panel 7 are original art paste-ups. The lightly tone page is in Excellent condition.
