    Description

Neal Adams and Frank Giacoia Green Lantern/Green Arrow #78 Story Page 7 Original Art (DC, 1970). A stunning image of Green Lantern recharging his ring (complete with the full oath) as Green Arrow readies his bow. You would be hard pressed to find a more iconic image of these characters from their "Hard Traveling Heroes" era. Denny O'Neil and Neal Adams were turning out one of the best "Buddy books" in comic's history as these two became a steadfast and unlikely pair dealing with issues such as racism, drugs, pollution, politics and the corporate take-over of America. This series ushered in the Bronze Age for DC as they attempted to "get relevant". From the story "A Kind of Loving, a Way of Death!", the page was created in ink over graphite on the reverse side of DC cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The toned page is signed in the lower margin and in Very Good condition.
