DescriptionNeal Adams and Frank Giacoia Green Lantern #78 Page 13 Original Art (DC, 1970). With the beautiful and buxom Black Canary stealing the scenes from Green Lantern and Green Arrow in this page, this piece is sure to be a prized showpiece of any fan-addict of gorgeous "good girl" art. Neal Adams is considered by many to be the artist who, along with writer Denny O'Neil, kick-started the Bronze Age of comics. The realistic approach to the art and emotive quality of the figures were perfect for O'Neil's social commentary that has made their run on the Green Lantern/Green Arrow series one of the most respected in comic history. This is a wonderful example of the dark line and moody atmosphere that greatly added to the psychological reality of the characters. This Bronze Age bombshell has an image area of 10" x 15", and aside from light overall paper aging, the art is in Excellent condition. Signed in panel four.
