Mort Meskin Sensation Comics #68 Wildcat Page 6 Original Art (DC, 1947). Mort Meskin's Kirbyesque gift for depicting vintage Golden Age comic book action takes center stage as forties DC superhero Wildcat escapes from a circus cage, and goes wild on his three captors, flinging one of them into the other two with a mighty "Uumphhh" and a handful of scratchboard lines. Meskin, whose work inspired Steve Ditko, left comics in 1965 to become a storyboard artist at BBD&O, New York City's great advertising agency, where he earned as much for a single panel as he had for an entire comic book page. This page from "Wildcat - Former Crime Fighter" has an image area of 13" x 19". Meskin's blue pencils are visible in this page, and there are two penciled panel layouts on the back of the page. There is some white-out used as touch-up; otherwise, the page is in Very Good condition.
