    Description

Michael Kaluta House of Secrets Unpublished 5-Page Story Original Art (DC, c. 1970). Previously unpublished and unseen artwork by a comic art legend is a real rarity in our industry today. But that is exactly what we have here in this inventory story for House of Secrets. This story is not only introduced by horror host Abel, but he appears in the story itself as well. It was kept in inventory for years. The earliest inventory stamp is from 1970, and there are several others dating until it was written off in 1977, seven years after it was created. The pages are produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The very last panel is pencil-only, possibly to allow the panel to be tailored to fit in with the next story in whatever issue it would next be used. Pages are slightly tanned with corners trimmed, with top and bottom 2-hole punching for production purposes. Overall in Very Good condition.
