    Description

Kurt Schaffenberger The Superman Family #174 "Supergirl" Story Page 17 Original Art (DC Comics, 1976). One of the consummate Superman artists, Schaffenberger was especially well suited to the depiction of such key supporting characters as Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Supergirl. This gemlike composition finds Supergirl trouncing a lizard-like troublemaker -- without any trouble, at all. Excellent facial expressions at upper and lower tiers. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. Image area, 10" x 15". Excellent condition, barring marginal tape-staining.
