DescriptionJohn Romita Sr. and Tony Mortellaro Amazing Spider-Man #109 Page 8 Doctor Strange Original Art (Marvel, 1972). Doctor Strange and Spider-Man team up to save the life of Flash Thompson on this great page. Romita Sr. Spider-Man pages are prized by collectors, and with good reason. He was one of the most influential artists on this character during Marvel's Bronze Age. As a bonus treat, check out the note on the backside! It is a brief synopsis of the action so the artist could layout the scene for the inker. Once finished, the page would go back to the writer (Stan "The Man" Lee) to dialog. Produced in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". This page is slightly tanned with production tape in the margins and a slight production oil stain in the top right. Overall in Very Good condition.
