DescriptionJoe Staton and Bruce Patterson Green Lantern #200 Page 22 Original Art (DC Comics, 1986). Staton's clean lines and great character designs qualify him as one of the finest Green Lantern artists of the 1980s. This page, featuring various galactic Green Lantern personalities, takes place between the world-shaking Crisis on Infinite Earths and the events of Millennium. The dominant figure is Sinestro, the renegade Lantern -- plotting mischief, as usual. Signed by Staton in the last panel. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Top edge is irregularly trimmed. In Excellent condition.

I have done a preliminary analysis and the total of the hammer prices was $67,550. With BP, the final figure was $80,722.25. That is against the total insurance value of $34,785 or 2.32 x ‘pre-auction estimate’. Incredible, really, so a big thanks.View More Testimonials
