    Joe Quesada and Kevin Nowlan Batman: Sword of Azrael #1 Story Page 13 Original Art (DC, 1992). Quesada's use of shadows dominates this page that finds Jean-Paul Valley face to face with his new mentor Nomoz as Valley begins his journey to become Azrael in his debut issue and first appearance in the comics. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". The page is slightly toned, and the text is all hand-lettered paste-up. In Excellent condition.
