Joe Kubert - Our Army at War #130, page 7 Original Art (DC, 1963). Joe Kubert, one of the acknowledged giants in the world of comics, is a master at creating inspired war yarns. Kubert added to the stark drama and high-voltage tension of Robert Kanigher's mis en scene with his jagged layout for this chapter title page of "No Hill For Easy!" Sgt. Rock, Bulldozer, and Ice Cream Soldier cameo in the bottom tier. Joe Kubert's expressive brushwork shines in the large format of the early Silver Age pages. The overall image area measures 13" x 18". There are a few very small stains; otherwise the art is in Excellent condition. If you are searching for a superb Joe Kubert Sgt. Rock page to add to your collection, look no further -- bid accordingly, 'cause nothin's ever easy for Easy!
