Jim Mooney Man-Thing #22 Story Page 7 Original Art (Marvel, 1975). Thog, the nether-spawn, escapes his prison and plans to deal with Man-Thing so he can gain mastery of the Universe. An unusual tale as writer Steve Gerber writes himself into the story. Rendered in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board at an image size of 10" x 15". The toned board has production staining, tape residue along the edges, and text paste-ups at the bottom. Residue in the last panel from a missing text correction paste-up.
