    Description

Herb Trimpe and Jack Abel Incredible Hulk #168 Page 9 M.O.D.O.K. Original Art (Marvel, 1973). Jim Wilson has relationship issues, but then his best friend is the gamma-infused Hulk, so maybe he should expect trouble. A nice bit of the inter-personal character dynamics that made Marvel different from other publishers. The bottom tier gives us a great "head shot" of M.O.D.O.K. But why is Betty Ross Talbot naked in the background? More...experiments? This issue sees the first appearance of the gamma-spawned Harpy! Signed by "Happy" Herb Trimpe in the bottom margin. The page is produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Slight tanning, with production tape in the margins and some corrections, otherwise in Very Good condition.
