Henry C. Kiefer Classics Illustrated #53 A Christmas Carol Story Page 13 Original Art (Gilberton, 1948). Ebenezer Scrooge receives a visit from the ghost of Jacob Marley in this horrifically intense adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic. Ink and blade-scratching highlights over graphite on Bristol board. The image area is 12.5" x 18.55". The page number is obscured by the matting. Pronounced age-toning, glue-staining, and handling wear. Separate panels assembled on a backing sheet. There are blue-pencil editorial marks within the panels, and it is in Good condition.
