Description
Harvey Eisenberg Hey There, It's Yogi Bear #1 Pages 8 and 9 Original Art Group (Gold Key, 1964). These two superb pages from the comic book adaptation of the Hanna-Barbera feature-length animated film focus on Cindy Bear, with support from Boo Boo and Ranger Smith (at this point in the story, Yogi is supposedly away at the San Diego Zoo). As always, the artwork from master Hanna-Barbera comic artist Harvey Eisenberg (1912 - 1965) is first rate. Art is in ink over graphite on sheets of Bristol board, with image areas measuring approximately 16" x 23.25". These come to us from the collection of Harvey's son, noted animation artist and director/producer Jerry Eisenberg.
