    Description

Gene Colan and Tom Palmer Daredevil #80 Story Page 17 The Owl Original Art (Marvel, 1971). Daredevil is caught "In the Eyes... of the Owl!" A worried Karen Page can only watch as Matt Murdock and Leland Owlsley do the dangerous aerial dance that inspired this issue's cover. Created in ink Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". There is some production tape holding on some text corrections in Panel 1 (and into Panel 2), and there is production tape holding on the page number. Story Page 17 is marked as Page 26 because of ads (they ran a lot of ads in those days). There is also a bit of production oil stain on the top right margin and the reverse side, however not into the image area. In Excellent condition.
