Description
Gabrielle Bell July Diary Original Art dated 8-9-14 (2014). In 2012, Gabrielle Bell began her "slice-of-life" style single page comic strip that was essentially a day-by-day illustrated diary for the month of July. She was already a prolific artist at that time, but this really caught on, and was collected into the book July Diary published in 2012. Since then, she has continued the exercise every year and published them on the web. Here is her original art page for "August Ninth", signed and dated 2014 on the bottom right. As is usual for her work, it is ink on a "Day Planner" style graph paper (with un-ripped holes on left). The page measures 6.25" x 8.25". Franklin Planner would be proud.
