Frank Robbins and Frank Springer Invaders #17 Page 5 Original Art (Marvel, 1977). This great montage page features several cool points worth noting! First, Hitler hitting Captain America with a rolled up comic book... all of the Invaders in the top panel, Master Man... and the mention of Pvt. Biljo White! He was a tribute to one of the fathers of fandom, Biljo White, who pioneered comic fanzines with many publications. His Batmania, and Star-Studded Comics are still sought after and prized by fans. Known as "Cap'n Biljo" to many, he was one of the first "big name fans" in the industry. This page is produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Production tape in the margins. Slight tanning. In Excellent condition.Auction Info
