DescriptionFrank Miller, Joe Rubinstein, and Steve Oliff Wolverine Limited Series #4 Hand-Painted Page Original Art (Marvel, 1982). The new Wolverine movie, set in Japan, has brought even more attention to the early-1980s limited series that inspired the story. This particular piece was auctioned previously by Heritage for $5,078 in 2011, and frankly that price seemed a bargain relative to the going rate for Miller art then and now. We hasten to point out, that the painting in mixed media here, while not done for the production of the comic, was done by a professional colorist in Steve Oliff. Wolverine's on a mission, and this one's personal, so check out this striking scene of Logan at his best! The art is matted to an image area of 10" x 15", and please note that the borders outside the image area are covered by white tape. Very Good condition.
