    Description

Frank Miller and Joe Rubinstein Wolverine (Limited Series) #2 Story Page 6 Original Art (Marvel, 1982). The iconic half-splash page last panel here harkens back to the cover of issue #1, and the page makes mention of Wolverine's adamantium bones... and claws! Hand-colored post-publication by Steve Oliff (although Glynis Wein handled the color on the published book), this page really sums up the feel of what was Wolvie's first series without the X-Men. Produced in ink and Zipatone on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15", and handsomely matted to 14.25" x 20". The color work appears to be watercolor. It is signed by Frank Miller and Joe Rubinstein in the bottom image area. Text is paste-up that has discolored. The page is lightly tanned; otherwise in Excellent condition.
