    Description

Frank Miller and Joe Rubinstein Wolverine (Limited Series) #1 Story Page 13 Original Art (Marvel, 1982). Wolverine has just found his love, Mariko... with a black eye. That is not going to sit well with our feisty little Canadian friend! This page from the mini-series that cemented his place as a break-out star from the X-Men comic line, was written (and signed by) Frank Miller after Miller's monumental run on Daredevil. The page has a panel that harkens back to the cover image. It was created in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Text is printed paste-up that has discolored, and left glue residue near some. The page is also signed in the bottom margin by one of the other creators. The top edge is irregularly trimmed, and there are corner trims, toning, and handling wear. Overall, in Very Good condition.
