Description
Ernie Schroeder Boy Heroes #1 Unpublished Page Original Art (Harvey Comics, 1945). The Boy Heroes were featured in WWII-era issues of All-New Comics. Harvey had planned to launch a new title featuring the group with other war-related features, but apparently ran out of time; the series was canceled as the war ended. Here's the third page from the second story slated for that unpublished first issue, with typically evil-looking Japanese soldiers in a couple of panels. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18". Slight handling wear in the outer borders, otherwise Excellent condition.More information about Ernie Schroeder.
