Description

Don Newton and Dave Hunt World's Finest #260 Story Page 7 Captain Marvel Original Art (DC, 1979-80). Captain Marvel will need the strength of Atlas and the speed of Mercury to save that crumbling Brownstone from a torrential rainstorm on this page from the E. Nelson Bridwell story "There Goes The Neighborhood!" Don Newton's wonderful linework gives a much more serious (and slightly younger) look to Fawcett's #1 son, Captain Marvel. The page was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Lightly toned, with some production tape residue in the margins, it is in Very Good/Excellent condition.
