Dave Cockrum X-Men #100 Story Page 16 Original Art (Marvel, 1976). Jean Grey makes the drastic decision to martyr herself to save the lives of her fellow X-Men from the radiation of a solar storm in a scene that sets the stage for Grey to re-emerge as the Phoenix in the following issue and later to become Dark Phoenix. This scene is getting the big screen treatment in the upcoming X-Men: Dark Phoenix movie. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Production tape in the top and bottom margin, white-out art corrections, and blue pencil editorial marks. In Excellent condition.
