    Description

    Curt Swan and Murphy Anderson Action Comics #407 Story Page 1 Original Art (DC, 1971). The first page of the Cary Bates story "The Fiend in the Fortress of Solitude" starts off with a plane crash near Superman's Fortress. The logo is a stat paste-up, as are the lower indicia and legal line paste-ups. Signed by Swan in the last panel. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15" (including the indicia). Toned and in Very Good condition.
