Description

Bob Powell and Wally Wood Daredevil #11 page 13 Original Art (Marvel, 1965). Wally Wood worked on just seven issues of Daredevil, and only drew or inked around 150 pages featuring the Man Without Fear. Even so, his impact on Marvel Comics was profound -- he left his indelible stamp on DD forever. This is only the second Wood Daredevil page we have offered to date. The combination of ace penciler Bob Powell with top-notch inker Wally Wood was a natural, and it's a shame they only worked on a three-issue run of Daredevil together. This page from "A Time to Unmask" featuring the menace of Organizer and the Ani-Men, has an image area of 12.5" x 18.5". The page has some overall aging, a missing lettering correction in panel three, and some stains at the lower left; otherwise, the art is in Very Good condition.
