Description

Bob Powell and Wally Wood Daredevil #10 Story Page 13 Original Art (Marvel, 1965). Powell was credited with layouts and Wood simply with "art" in the issue, which featured the Ani-Men attacking. A fondly-remembered, but strange, C-tier villain group, the Ani-Men made their first appearance in this story. They wore animal themed costumes with distinctive radio headphone earpieces. This page features some great Wally Wood Daredevil action in the first couple of panels, as created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.5". The twice-up scale page has some slight glue staining on the bottom right panel, likely from the original art paste-up of Frog-Man in the same panel. The "continued" text is held on with production tape. Overall the image area is in Excellent condition.
