DescriptionBernie Wrightson - Creepshow. page 36 Original Art (Signet, 1982). What lurks in "The Crate" -- ? Well, ol' Charlie here finds out the hard way that the hirsute creature within can be a real pain in the neck. This overheated scenario was one of the highlights of the film, and it's no less horrific when illustrated by the legendary Bernie Wrightson, painted in full color over his own supple inks. The lettering was done on an acetate overlay, which is included; the acetate has a 4" tear in the top right corner. Wrightson has signed the page in the last panel. The image area measures 12.5" x 16" and the artwork is in Excellent condition.
