Robert Williams "Apathy-Sicle" Painting Original Art (1991-92). Robert Williams' paintings are as rare as a flying Paleteros! Heritage has only ever offered three of his full-size paintings before. His "twisted" art is as fresh and engaging as it is sometimes disturbing. He often picked difficult concepts and subjects and then showed them through a fractured lens. His paintings can reveal as much about the viewer as they do the subject. This "Cold Hart-ed" piece appeared on page 56 in his 1993 book Views From a Tortured Libido. Created in oil on 36" x 30" stretched canvas, it is signed with his familiar "Robt. Wms." signature in the lower right. Open front framed to 45.5" x 39.5". In Excellent condition.
