Description
Frank Frazetta "Snake Bit" Painting Original Art (1972). Originally created for a promotional piece for the Spurs: the Western Writers of America Book Club, but it sadly went unused. A wonderful break from the amazing fantasy work he is so well-known for, this Western themed piece nevertheless finds a way for Frazetta to work in a lovely nude female. The piece gives off the feeling of the warm desert in which it is set. Created in oil on 18" x 24" pressboard and open-front framed to 21.25" x 27". Signed in the mid-left side, and in Excellent condition.From the Estate of Ray Skirsky
