Description
Carl Barks Rumble Seat Roadster Painting Original Art (1975). Donald Duck's car has seen him through thick and thin, always with the same license plate number -- 313. This sweet small-size portrait in oils features Donald's beloved roadster as he sits behind the wheel with his best gal-pal Daisy at his side, and in the rumble seat, nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, all enjoying a lovely afternoon drive. Barks collectors and aficionados refer to this painting as CB OIL 114, and it's painted on masonite, with an image area of approximately 8" x 10". The painting is beautifully framed, complete with an engraved brass name plate, for an overall size of 13.25" x 15.5". The painting is in Excellent condition.
