Boris Vallejo - "Achilles' Choice" Paperback Cover Painting Original Art (Tor, 1991). These hard-running heroines were featured on Boris Vallejo's cover for the Larry Niven and Steven Barnes science fiction novel. "In Achilles' Choice, athletes of the future struggle against the decision of whether to become artificially modified or stay au naturel. In the end the decision is made for the main character who no longer has a choice if she wants to stand a chance in the ultimate race." This oil on paper painting has an image area of 17.5" x 28", and an approximate overall size of 20" x 30". The art is in Excellent condition.Auction Info
