Description

Anton Brzezinski - Abstract Jazz Combo Painting Original Art (2006). After many years of recreating Pulp magazine covers, Anton Brzezinski began to experiment with other influences. During a Picasso period, he produced this great mixed-media cubist piece. Cubism and Jazz go together well with their funky beats and funky shapes. To add to that, Brzezinski included a miniature 3-D metal etching (with a faux Picasso signature) as a background element. The oil on 16" x 20" pressboard piece is signed and dated in the lower right corner. The 3.25" x 4" metal etching is affixed on top of the board and stands off the surface by an eighth of an inch. In Excellent condition.
