Description
Alex Horley - Venom Painting Original Art (1995). Venom crouches over the strewn bodies of his victims against the red backdrop of Spider-Man's cowl. A striking scene enhanced by Horley's exaggerated style that was used as a poster in 1996 and the Hidden Gem Variant cover of King In Black #1 in 2021. This huge piece was created in mixed media on art paper with an image area of 19" x 28", matted and framed to 24.5" x 33.5". Signed by Horley in the lower image area. Light rippling and frame wear.
