James Warhola - Statue of Liberty/Alfred E. Neuman Painting Original Art (c. 1980s). Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled, seasick masses... This is a beacon of Freedom? Yeeeecccch! As usual, James Warhola put in completely more work than he was probably paid to do. Check on this level of detail on this piece. Every character is unique, and has their own specific story going on. The prow of the ship names the guilty party, as the ship is named the "J. W. Arhola". Crafted in ink and gouache with a matted image area of 24" x 16". Glass front framed to 28" x 20". In Excellent condition. From the MAD Collection of Annie Gaines Ashton.
