    Murphy Anderson Hawkman #12 Complete 24-Page Story "The Million-Year-Long War!" and 1-Page "Bird" Feature Original Art Group of 25 (DC, 1966). The Hawks return to their home planet and find Thanagar locked in a Civil War controlled by two alien warlords. Wonderful winged pages rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The logo on Page 1 is a stat paste-up. As a bonus, there is the one-page feature "A Bird In The Hand..." from this issue. It was rendered on two conjoined sheets of Bristol in ink over graphite and blue pencil with a twice-up scale image area of 13" x 18". This 1-pager was an inventory story from 1964.
