This group of six original Setmakers sign/stained glass patterns includes four hand-drawn pieces: a McDonaldland Train Station sign (lettering and plain border only) drawn in graphite on onionskin paper measuring 58" x 19.5", and three similar-sized pieces, including a Pirate's Island sign, with an outline of Captain Crook; an Apple Pie Tree Country sign with two outlines; and a Hideaway sign, with an outline of the Hamburglar (outlines are for 3-D plaques); all three are drawn in graphite on onionskin paper measuring 28.5" x 34". Also included are two prints, featuring Hamburglar and Captain Crook, for a stained glass pattern with color codes; it measures 62" x 24". The other print is of the Train Station sign, in the same size. All are rolled with minor handling and edge wear. Very Good overall condition.

I have done a preliminary analysis and the total of the hammer prices was $67,550. With BP, the final figure was $80,722.25. That is against the total insurance value of $34,785 or 2.32 x ‘pre-auction estimate’. Incredible, really, so a big thanks.View More Testimonials
