DescriptionJohn Buscema - Preliminary Artwork Original Art (Marvel, c. 1990). This sheet of 11" x 17" Marvel Comics Bristol board has seven characters penciled and partially inked on it. The page itself is very white and the board was created in 1989, making these most likely from 1990, given the date and the new Marvel logo on the page. He was obviously working out some details before committing an image to the finished page. Some appear to be from a Conan-related title, but there is also a Confederate soldier, an American Indian, and a very Dickens-esque top-hatted British gentleman. It's a great page of mixed pencils and inks and it's signed by Marvel's legendary work-horse, John Buscema. In Excellent condition.
