Jim Davis Garfield Daily Comic Strip Preliminary Original Art Group of 150+ (United Feature Syndicate, 1998). The prelims for nearly all of the dailies from the first half of the year 1998 (January - June, no Sundays) are included in this group! Each Garfield comic strip is born from these initial sketches conceived by Jim Davis and his comic strip creative team. Along with the original pieces of art, the box also includes many photocopy duplicates of these strips, some of which have additional sketches and doodles by Davis' art team. So this is a full box of goodies. The original prelim art was created in blue pencil on paper with an image area of 10.25" x 3" and is in Excellent condition.More information about Jim Davis.
