Description
Garry Trudeau Mark and King Doonesbury Character Card NFT Digital Art Print Original Art #1/7 and Physical Print (Garry Trudeau, 2022). Mark Slackmeyer is a former campus revolutionary and one of the openly gay characters in the series. Mr. King was president of Walden College, where many of the original characters attended college.An original animated NFT celebrating the 50th anniversary of Doonesbury, minted by Heritage Auctions on behalf of artist Garry Trudeau. The QR Code links to a full bio of the characters on the NFT.
Also included is a 11" x 8.5" color physical print that is titled and signed in the lower margin. In Excellent condition.
All NFTs in this collection are minted on Polygon, who is eliminating their carbon debt going back to their inception and then becoming carbon positive in 2022. (Source: Polygon Green Manifesto).
All proceeds from the primary sale will go to the International Medical Corps (IMC), benefitting Ukrainian refugees, on behalf of the Andrews McMeel Syndicate, Heritage Auctions, and Garry Trudeau.
