C. C. Beck Whiz Comics #19 Cover Preliminary Original Art (Fawcett, 1941). "Captain Marvel crushes the tiger-shark..." in this classic image from the first year-and-a-half run of the future Shazam's stories. Rendered in graphite on onion skin with an image area of 11.5" x 16.25". Stat logo and issue number. The art has been adhered to a sturdy backing board for an overall size of 14.75" x 19.75" with some rippling and a crease through the center of the art. Toning and handling wear. In Very Good condition.
