DescriptionBrian Bolland Camelot 3000 #7 and 11 Preliminary Artwork Sir Tristan Original Art Group of 2 (DC, 1983-84). Two prelim pages that both feature one of the fan-favorite characters from this incredible series, Sir Tristan! Even Brian Bolland's small prelim pages are tighter than some artist's finished work! King Arthur was the "once and future King" and this series took it at its word. Some of Arthur's reincarnated Knights turned up in unusual places... such as Sir Tristan who awoke in the body of a female. Here we have the 5" x 8" paper pages with the pure graphite roughs for Issue #7's Page 7, and Issue #11's Page 23. The kiss between Isolde and Tristan on page 7 was a dramatic high-point in the series. One page is toned, otherwise they are both in Excellent condition. Both are signed by Bolland as well. From the Ethan Roberts Estate Collection.
