Alex Ross - Justice League Preliminary Original Art (c. 2000s). Alex Ross is the comic industry's official "Fan-Favorite" cover painter. So much so, that the Comic Buyer's Guide officially retired that award on their annual poll (because he kept winning it). Here we get a glimpse behind his creative process, as we have a pure graphite prelim showing how Ross lays out the figures and blocks in the shadows. The piece is signed below the 4" x 6" image area. It is matted with a 12" x 11.25" color print of the finished painting, and both are Plexiglas front framed to 26.25" x 22.25". In Excellent condition.More information about Alex Ross.
