Alberto Vargas - Madonna Preliminary Original Art (undated). Alberto Vargas is legendary for his interpretation of beautiful women, with the term "Vargas Girls" being recognized around the world. His attention to detail and expert craftsmanship is apparent in this drawing of the Madonna. Strong contour lines compose the rendering in graphite on thin vellum with an image size of 10.5" x 16". Age-toned, a couple spot stains along the left edge, and the vellum has light creasing and wear, with a tear on the left edge and missing top left corner; otherwise in Excellent condition.More information about Alberto Vargas.
