    Description

Mike Sekowsky and Bernard Sachs Justice League of America #16 "The Cavern of Deadly Spheres!" Page 20 Original Art (DC, 1962). Snapper Carr takes center stage in this page, as he reads a letter from "Jerry Thomas" to Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and the Martian Manhunter. And in case you're wondering just who Jerry Thomas was, this was writer Gardner Fox's call-out to two "super fans" who would later both carve out important comics-related careers for themselves -- Jerry Bails and Roy Thomas! The art is in ink over graphite on Bristol board, with an image area of 13" x 18", and is in Excellent condition. If Silver Age DC floats your boat, best get aboard this hero-laden ship, mates!
